You Can’t Hide Anywhere

I thought I was doing pretty good on the old diet… until I checked my e-mail. My naturopath, Haley, was writing to ask “How is the no-sugar diet going?”

WE’RE ON VACATION! HOW DO YOU THINK IT’S GOING?! We had an ice cream cone at the Tillamook Cheese Company (one tiny scoop), found a place that makes saltwater taffy (only bought a few), ate a chocolate-covered caramel (dark chocolate which is better)…

I think maybe I need to join SA: Sugar-a-holic Anonymous. The only problem is, it’s not very anonymous when I blog publicly about how pathetic I am. And before you judge me, you just go ahead and see if you can last for one week without sugar, much less the rest of your life.
