Breast Reconstruction – Take 51
Yesterday, Ken and I went boating with some friends, Dave and Debbie. They had been excited all summer to show us their new pontoon boat, but they had to wait until I had healed up sufficiently from my breast reconstruction surgery.
It was nice to get out on the lake, away from doctor’s offices, cancer books, children… feel the breeze running through our hair, eat chicken and homemade muffins while the waves rolled by….
It was so much fun.
That looks like a blast. What lake did you go out on?
Abel, We went on Big Lake. Sort of. See my next post.
