Simple Joys of Life #1

Ever since the cancer diagnosis, I notice I am more “easily entertained” by the simple joys of life. My latest thing is baking, especially muffins, using whole grains, carrots, and fruit.

Last week, I was teaching two sisters piano lessons and asked them if they wanted to try my rhubarb muffins. The younger one said, “What’s rhubarv?” Funny.
