Too Much Information

Dr. Williamson looked at my arm today. He thought it might, in fact, have lymphedema, and I will have a test to confirm it next Tuesday.

He then proceeded to ask me if I have any pain in the mastectomy site and before I knew it, I had blurted out, “Did you know that bras come in Size G? I have Size G now. Can you believe that? I’ve always been a Double D, I thought. How many sizes do you think there are in between Size Double D and G anyway? I still can’t believe that I have Size G.”

Maybe just a little too much information.

He probably went home and told his wife, “Wacky patient, absolutely off her rocker. Chemotherapy has destroyed her brain.”
