That’s Not Something You Write Every Day #1

I told you I don’t like the month of October.

I think the month of October makes me extraordinarily crabby; a friend of mine posted this link to her Facebook page: http://www.realfarmacy.com/97-of-terminal-cancer-patients-previously-had-this-dental-procedure/ and then wrote, “Very interesting… I’d love to hear some thoughts!”

Well, I let her know my thoughts. Loud and clear. I couldn’t help myself.

“My thoughts are: EVERYTHING causes cancer. Nothing causes cancer. It just happens. Indiscriminately. To vegetarians, to meat-eaters, to runners, and to couch-potatoes. I’ve come to the point—after having Stage III breast cancer—that I refuse to read about the next thing that is going to “kill me.” I think I’ll just enjoy life to the fullest instead. Life is a precious gift from God, indeed. :)”
