Sugar Addiction Has Its Advantages
My sugar sponsor seems to have fallen off the face of the earth, so I’ve had to find ways to preoccupy myself in order to keep out of the kitchen in search of goodies.
One flowerbed done, 18 to go, and it’s only February.
Hi Marie,
Bobby had his 4 month check up last week with his cancer Docter & he got an A+. He goes to prostate doctor in July for his next check up for his second cancer he had. We are both doing real well. Can hardly wait for spring. Love the sunshine today.Sending you sunshine & hugs.Love your blog.
Blessings,
Claudia Mills
Claudia,
I’m thankful for Bobby’s good checkup and that you’re both doing well.
Are you a gardener? Sounds like it.
Spring can’t get here fast enough for me.
We should meet sometime… I’m assuming you’re local. I’m going to Friday Harbor today and the sun will make it that much more pleasant.
Did you have a good Friday Harbor experience? We love it out there. Bet it was a bit cold on the outside deck of the ferry on the ride over, though!
Hey, if you need another garden after you get the other 18 cleaned up (maybe in March?)…I have a quarter acre of land in the woods on the north side of a hill that needs some attention. Every gardener needs a cold, wet, shady, clay-filled challenge, right?
My word verification is “eplut”, which is the sound the shovel makes when it digs into the soil in my front yard.
Abel, I stayed inside the ferry, playing “Squeak” with some of the other basketball moms.
Walked a mile to the school and it was beautiful out. I love Friday Harbor.
Debbie,
You need to start a compost pile. And collect ferns, astilbe, and hellebores.
My word verification was didessu which sounds like an Italian dessert. Oh yeah, I’m supposed to stay away from sweets. That’s what got me gardening in February in the first place!
Stay away from sugar. There. love and miss you!
