Letter #9 To My Benefactor

Dear Benefactor,

I can’t believe it’s been almost four months since I last wrote you.

Tonight, Rose and I went on a mini-hike along the beach in Birch Bay. I wore my hiking boots and everything. I’ve been a bit remiss in my resolve to do more hiking. What can I say? I’ve been a bad, bad girl.

Not too bad, though, because I’ve been working out in my gardens almost every day and generally, trying to make myself useful around the house.

I will try to do better.
