Dear Fran,
It’s been a while since I last wrote you. What can I say? Never a dull moment here:
April 4: Drove home eight hours from Eagle Crest Resort in Oregon, thereby ending our spring break vacation.
April 8: I got a new job. I’ll tell you all about it one of these days.
April 14: Had to sign up for a “ShapeUp” thingy-ma-boober for my husband’s work. Yes, you read that correctly; if you want to know why, you can read about it here.
April 16: Celebrated my happy cancer news with my friend, Vern, by going out to dinner at Anthony’s.
April 20: Celebrated Easter.
In addition to the above running around like a nut bar, I’ve also been planning a free music concert that is coming up quickly on May 3. Then, there are the regular duties of cleaning toilets and battling weeds out in the garden.
So, when are we going to meet? I can always make time for you.
