I think remembering dates is pretty common for people going through cancer, but now it’s time to look ahead.
Exactly one year from now-if everything goes according to plan-the whole family will be sitting on the beach in Maui.
The plan?
1. Every kid has to pay their own way there.
2. Our grocery budget will be tightened (we’ll be eating lots of legumes).
3. I can’t buy any plants this year (any free foliage will be gladly accepted).

Now if we can just get Adriana to stop bringing home ice cream from work, we’ll be all set, especially considering ice cream is my downfall.
